Acknowledgements

As a member, I understand I am expected to uphold the most current Bylaws.

I understand my application is subject to review and approval. If my application for membership is denied, I will receive a refund for the membership payment.

I understand my membership may be revoked, with notice. Any refund will be addressed in the notice and subject to the circumstances of membership termination.
